Scheduled Maintenance
To ensure seamless trading experiences, scheduled maintenance will be conducted on the cTrader and MetaTrader4 platforms on Saturday, April 9, 2022.
cTrader Maintenance
From 09:00 to 14:00 GMT+3/CEST+1, trading will be unavailable on the cTrader platform. Please adjust your trades accordingly, considering the platform’s unique Saturday trading schedule.
MetaTrader4 Maintenance
The MT4 Ftmo-Server2 will be unavailable from 07:00 to 09:00 GMT+3/CEST+1. Holding trades on Ftmo Accounts during this 2-hour gap will not be considered a violation.

Due to sanctions imposed in connection with the conflict in Ukraine, we are temporarily unable to process payments to regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea in Ukraine. Additionally, sanctions targeting specific Russian banks and individuals prohibit us from processing payouts to clients and banks on the sanction list. Payouts will resume once the sanctions are lifted. Crypto payouts are also subject to these restrictions.
Suspension of RUB Pairs Trading
Effective Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 6:00 pm platform time (GMT+2 / CET +1), trading on RUB pairs (EUR/RUB and USD/RUB) has been suspended due to exposure risks and low liquidity. The symbols will be set to Close-Only mode to allow traders to exit their current positions. Opening new positions is not permitted.
